Had to reschedule me twice, a month out each time, because the 1st time the lady took down the wrong address & the 2nd time because the repairman misunderstood what he was coming to fix so he didn't have the part. We've been waiting 3+ months for our part. No calls. No updates. Nothing. I understand shipping times are slow but 3 months? Waiting on one simple part? Might as well just buy a whole new appliance before you think of giving these people your money.
This company is the WORST. We have had four separate repair men out. All claim items were fixed. Low and behold our dishwasher flooded our kitchen. Tried to call customer service only to be told they are experiencing high call volume and hung up (this has gone on for three days) called the technician direct. He was incredibly rude and told me to call customer service. Now our dishwasher isn't working after 10 weeks, and it flooded our kitchen This company is awful and so is any whirlpool product.
I contacted them on May 17th after our dishwasher stopped working after purchasing a warranty from Home Depot (BIG MISTAKE), they came out needed to order a part, that was June 17, Finally the part came in, and then had to wait two weeks to get on the schedule, finally did, and now it can't be fixed again until another part comes in. It's been two months from start to now, and I guarantee it will be longer. first mistake the warranty is a joke, second is using this company (Manager never responded and they are very rude)
After our new washing machine broke down it took over 2 weeks to get a repair tech out to our house. I can deal with this. On the day of our scheduled appointment Diamond calls us to let us know that the technician for our job that day could no longer make the appointment and we needed to reschedule for over 10 days later. This is a completely unacceptable way to do business.
We've been without our washing machine for 2 months. No phone calls from the company for updates or apologies. I understand that COVID has delayed many things, but this is getting ridiculous. We had to use this company through our manufactures warranty, so we did not chose them to repair our machine. Update: still no washer but at least we got a response.
Apparently no one knows how to fix an appliance and shame on Jenn-Air for setting me up with a company with no knowledge on repairs and service. Timeline: End of January, 3.5 year old Jenn-Air oven heats up to uncontrollable heat and will not turn off, call Jenn-Air they set up repair with Diamond Factory. Wait a week, repair tech comes, states 2 expensive parts needed. Wait 2 months for these back order parts, take off work, wait for repair tech, he calls, "has to cancel, family emergency". Call Diamond Factory, and now have to wait over another week because "they are booked solid". A year into a pandemic and they have no system for when a tech has an emergency, that tech's clients get pushed to the back of the line??? Ok....wait another week, we are now almost 3 months since the oven went out, the tech shows up, "these are not the right parts." He was maybe at my house 20 minutes. I was told I now have to wait for the super rude call center people to call me to figure out when they will re-schedule with the "correct parts." And now I am back to waiting, no call from ANYONE on this....stay tuned. Will my oven ever get fixed?
The skillset and professionalism of young Mr. 'Travis' made this repair experience painless and problem-free for my in-laws.
Their Maytag washer was repaired by 'Travis' within 10 or 15 minutes! Outstanding work, I must say! On top of that, he gave us a pre-arrival phone call, arrived 'on time', wore his Covid-19 protective equipment and was super courteous and polite!
