Excellent service and repair company! the whole process of the repair that I requested for our dryer that wasn't tumbling from this company was great and satisfying. The technician arrived on time and was very helpful. He completed the service on time at a very reasonable price. Also, he provided me with helpful tips regarding the upkeep of my appliance, which I appreciated most. Thank you!

Amazing service. Got the service visit in the morning and the problem solved the same day. Ryan was incredibly efficient and funny. Best repair visit I have ever had!

Had a wonderful experience with my recent dishwasher install. After being stood up twice by a different company I called this one and they were able to accommodate my same day service request. The tech was on time, knowledgeable and very friendly. I actually just finished booking this same company for another job on another property. Highly recommend!

$500 to fix my freezer part of my fridge. 5 months later the freezer stopped working. They did come over and try again, but this time the repair only helped for 3 weeks. I called. I was told that the Warranty was no longer valid as my 6 months were up. The fact that the repair had to be redone, the warranty should have started over. I emailed but no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

When our fridge died, we were able to get their help very quickly while other places took their time to return our messages. Very efficient, friendly service

I would give this company negative stars if I could. Never written a negative review but feel like if I can save someone else from this company then I need to. We had a terrible experience. They initially send out a tech quick; then needed to come back with a part. I was rescheduled 6 times before this part was installed. All times I was not notified until the 3 hour window was complete. 6 times. Part was repaired and now we're about $300 in (they actually uncharged the part a ridiculous amount as well). The dishwasher then didn't even run 3 loads before it stopped working again… we were told they would come check it out no cost… that turned into another $100 where the dishwasher was "fixed" but we then got yet another error code the next day and it is indeed not fixed . We then were ghosted when asking for a refund . Bought a new dishwasher and never heard back so lost $400 and endless hours of our time. Terrible company, terrible customer service. Sleazy company. Very disappointed.

Hi Danielle, I really apologize for the experience you had with our company. The technician who went to your house no longer works for us for this reason. I only see he charged you on our system for service call and labour which was $199 plus tax. According to the technicians notes in our system your dishwasher was not draining and he said he removed pieces of glass from the drain area. The last time we heard from you was October 29th. If you have been trying to get a hold of the technician directly on his cell phone - it is no longer in service since he does not work with us anymore. If you would like to discuss further you can ask for the owner (Alim) tomorrow.

Hi Denise, you ordered a part for your Samsung fridge through us. We advised that the part may take up to 6 weeks. You called us 6 weeks later and told you the part is still not here. Unfortunately, all manufacturers are having issues with keeping up with orders and therefore your part is still delayed. You spoke to one of our customer service agents who's English may not be there first language but a very good employee. Your comment is very racist and you are more than welcome to shop somewhere else.
