Add ReviewThis was the 2nd time we have used them for appliance repair (1st was dishwasher) , called them to repair our Amana fridge. Made an appt for 2 days later - the service tech showed up in the appt window after calling first. Diagnosed and repaired the problem in under 30 minutes. Even though the fridge was old and the part was No Longer Available he adapted a part to fit and it works fine. Very competent and friendly service. The shop phoned next day to make sure fridge was working - excellent service and follow-up.Report

Next day service and the dryer was fixed right before Christmas. I would recommend.Report
They fixed my dryer with duct tape. Lasted a week before the vent came off the back of the dryer. I could have done that myself. Thanks, Applianceman.Report
Not impressed with parts department at all. Told part is discontinued and then had to ask if there was an updated. She looked then said no end of conversation. The fact of having to ask if there is a replacement. Didn’t seem to want to go that extra mile and checkReport
Wow! My dishwasher was not working so I Had a Technician come to fix it. As soon as I called I had the repair technician scheduled right away the next morning. The staff was absolutely the best. Great service with great pricing! I can really say that this has been the best service of my entire life and I am in my sixties…. I recommend Dial An Applianceman 200% to anyone.Report
Easy to contact and schedule a technician; he arrived on time, was polite and friendly, and worked quickly. Unfortunately, I do not feel that his work was thorough enough; my issue was a fridge that was not cooling in the fresh food section, and the tech told me it would require a new control board, which he quoted as around $400 for parts and labour. A follow-up call from Dial An Applianceman told me that the part for my fridge was no longer available from the manufacturer and and steered me toward a new fridge. This is categorically untrue; Whirlpool may not sell the part first party anymore, but first-party parts are available from other parts sellers and aftermarket copies are plentiful on Amazon. After purchasing and installing a replacement myself, the fridge still wasn't cooling; I visited a different appliance retailer who suggested I check the condenser coils. Lo and behold, after a thorough vacuuming-out, my fridge cools again and is working like normal. I am not certain the board needed replaced at all, and cleaning coils seems like a first-line diagnostic for a professional technician.Report
Hired Dial an Applianceman. The Tech installed pedestals properly underneath the wash & dryer But broke a hose when reattaching hoses to the washing machine that flooded a portion of the room. Company wont take any liability after 2 more technicians returned to fix the leak, and it continues to leak.Report
Flooded the area around the units in the room, because the drain couldn't handle the amount of water, damaging baseboards and subsequently walls behind.
Now 2 months later still trying to have them take some responsibility which they are not and putting our children are at risk of possible mold etc due to the water damage.
now having to spend hundreds more the complete the repairs to the baseboard and walls.
Dial an Applianceman also did not replace the broken hose their technician damaged.
2 Technicians who arrived to Diagnose the issue also took photos of the damage to show to Dial an Applianceman to provide options to repair.
But when sent to Dial an Applianceman management they denied any responsibility.
Would like the company to pay us for the repairs upon completion.
Company is NOT to be Trusted.
Our oven repair was done quickly, professionally, and on time, even came out on a Saturday to install the part. Very satisfied with the service would use again if I have anything break again.Report
They showed up when called, didn't take forever to get parts, and charged a reasonable amount for the call out and repair. Would use again in the future.Report
