Everyone was very nice. Purchased a new outback. Love the car! Only took one star off because I don't care for adding items outside factory options. Clear guard and wheel locks i believe. Excellent car and excellent service otherwise, would buy from this dealer again in the future.

All the staff provide excellent customer care and work well together. Shirley gave us an excellent deal and followed up to make sure we were happy with the car. Pedro introduced us to the car's features, was available to answer questions, and hosted our second visit after we had driven the car for a while to answer new questions. Better than any other car dealership we have experienced.

The team at Diablo Subaru in Walnut Creek were exceptional. Scott the sales representative truly listened to my needs and asked the right questions when we talked about my new Crosstrek. The car I ended up purchasing was one of those he pulled out from their inventory for me to test drive. On top of that the finance rep was extremely professional and made the process easy. I would highly recommend getting your Subaru here if you can.
