I called about certified pre-owned Subaru I saw online and the next day I had an appointment to test drive—I left with my first Subaru! I'm so happy I got to work with Anita, she got my questions answered quickly and was helpful throughout the whole process. She made my first car buying experience better than I expected!

I brought my vehicle to have the oil changed with an appointment 3 days in advance. They waited to order my oil filter when I arrived so it took 2.5 hours to get the service done. When I was told to come back to retrieve my vehicle I observed it unlocked parked on a side street of the dealership. When I spoke to the technicians about leaving my vehicle open they were unapologetic and told me that is how they manage all of the vehicles being serviced. Then I asked for my key and they told me it was in the vehicle which means anyone could have taken off in it. Completely unacceptable! I would not recommend this service center.

It was a great experience overall and thank you Anita for helping us with this purchase! My first ever Subaru! Yay !

Called to schedule an inspect for an issue i’m having. and wasn’t sure if it was covered by warranty. They wanted to charge $250 just to look at the car, and would waive it if it was under warranty. But I wouldn’t know if it was covered until after it was in the shop. This is not the first time I have been way way over quoted by this dealer. Maybe sales is good but avoid maintenance like the plague. Plenty of good mechanics in the area that aren’t looking to rip you off.

Really impressed with the customer service experience in the service department. The video multi-point inspection makes things very clearly understood that either need attention or pass. Mason and technician Alex were extremely thorough in addressing an issue with an evaporative solenoid valve. I feel confident bringing my Crosstrek to this dealership for service. 5 Stars!

This 5 star review is for Kevien. I have worked with him twice so far this month, once for routine maintenance and once for a battery issue I was having.

He is genuine, fair, and provides excellent customer service. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional.

The office itself is nice, they provide coffee and refreshments for customers which is great. They also have a little table for small children and giant connect 4 board.

I did have an issue with my windshield wipers being installed incorrectly, mistakes happen, but service department can try to be a little more detailed in their work.

I’ll be coming back for Kevien.
