Boo Man opted not to leave a text review of DFW Urban Realty

Reached out to them though one of their listings to see an address. I was sitting in front of the property at the time. Although, I didn't expect them to get back to me within 5 minutes I did expect them to reach out within a few hours on a Saturday, which is house showing day! Nope 3 days later, I get a response saying, "Now, what house did you want to see again?" I told them they waited too late to respond and that now I was at work and don't have time to deal with them or try find the address. I said I sent them the address days ago and if they have my phone number, they should have the property location. 2 days later, another random text…still no reference to viewing the property I requested to see 5 days prior. Apparently that request went into a black hole. Another impersonal phishing/cold call message today. Nothing about the address I asked to see. At the speed that real estate is moving right now, don't bother wasting your time time with these guys. By the time they get around to showing you the house it will be gone.

Hello K. Jackson, I am the Broker for DFW Urban Realty. First, I apologize for the experience you had trying to setup a showing on the property you mentioned. From your message, I wasn't able to identify the property or agent representing the rental you were sitting in front of, but after speaking to multiple agents over the past several weeks, I was finally able to track the agent and property you were referring to. Evidently, the agent was coordinating appointments through an online app and there was some type of miscommunication that ended up delaying showing requests and scheduled appointments. The agent was extremely embarrassed and wanted me to personally apologize for any inconvenience it caused you and your family. If you would like to discuss further, please reach out anytime. We rarely have any situations arise similar to this with our agents, but when I do receive, I always take very seriously and do my best to identify issue and resolve. I appreciate your feedback and if you'd like to chat with us, please let me know and I'd be happy to set up a time to discuss.

Kenneth was my realtor a few years ago. He was very patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and kind when he worked with me for a few months As I searched for a home to purchase. He is a family/kid friendly professional. I found him to be very knowledgeable in the field and I trusted him to review all my paperwork before I signed it. I intend to use him again if/when I decide to purchase another home.
