Terrible service department manager. We asked if they could look at my '21 Ram ECO Diesel that had a massive coolant leak after explaining we just travelled 400+ miles to We Fest from Iowa and had to pull a 32ft camper home a few days later. Service manager told us that his diesel tech was gone for the week. I asked if they could just look at it and he told us no, and that we could try just filling it up with coolant and good luck. Completely not helpful. We're not taking a diesel fuel system problem, any tech could have looked at it and made the same repair we got done 70+ miles away at Dakota Chrysler in North Dakota! Had to spend $80 bucks on coolant for a truck under warranty to get it there. At least they were much more helpful. Thanks for nothing!Report
