We rebooked for 2020 but had concerns about the impending Covid crisis. They worked with us and ultimately refunded our deposit with no fuss. Hoping to make it back once Hawaii is ready to welcome visitors again.
This is the check in office for the company that manages multiple properties in Wailea where people vacation in South Maui. They have a good set up with the office and they will provide you with bottled water when you arrive. The whole process is smooth and they also give you a map of the property you're staying on. Parking is challenging though since the office is located in a retail office complex so you might drive around the tight lot a couple of times before you find a spot.
I would not recommend this establishment at all. They are very rude and inconsiderate. Customer service is less than superb. I was in today and an employee was very rude.
