After having a horrible attorney work on my husband’s wreck, I decided to do some research when hiring an attorney for my auto accident. The reviews hold true! Mr. Desmond is efficient and great with communication. He handled everything for me so no added worries on my end as I continue to heal from my injuries, and he settled for the max! I would highly recommend him, and while I hope to not be involved in any more accidents, if I am, I’m going straight back to him!

After my car wreck, I called Jim, and we met up the next day. I had no clue how to go about the medical bills and dealing with insurance companies. He helped me through all of it and took charge of everything. He explained everything very well so I knew what he was doing. He also regularly communicated with me to make sure I was updated throughout the months long process. I would definitely recommend him to anybody!

Jim was very attentive met with me on New Year's Day. Stayed on top of my case and answered my questions. I would highly recommend.

I was t boned by a speeding driver running a red light on a Tuesday. Came home from the hospital on Friday and Jim was in my living room on Saturday at the referral of a friend of mine. He was my guide through the process and it was not for the faint of heart. He got me through the medical side and the insurance side and the frustrated side. Our settlement was as good as we could get without court which I did not want to do. I would recommend Jim for any personal injury and oh yes...first thing he did was share with me his cell number. I think I have a lifetime friend in Mr. Desmond.

I have known Jim for over 20 years and he has helped and advised us on MANY legal issues. But when my daughter was involved in a car accident, Jim jumped right on it and made our anxiety go away with all of his expertise and knowledge regarding auto accidents.
