Desert Med Aesthetics

I was given an appointment at 3:00PM for an initial consultation for laser hair removal. I arrived on time & met the front desk attendant whom informed me that my appointment was not at 3:00 PM that instead my appointment was at 3:30PM (well that was a lie because I am super punctual when it comes to my appointments and write down everything. My appt. was at 3:00PM).

Needless to say, I went ahead and concurred with the attendant whom after completing the initial paperwork (5 minutes) instructed me to wait in a cubicle.

It was 3:49 PM and NO-ONE had even bothered to check up on me and no sign of the doctor of course (besides the initial "accidental meet" as she actually walked into my cubicle just to grab a couple of things that she needed from one of the cabinets).

I am not one to review businesses often but in this particular time I felt compelled to inform and educate other possible victims of this "Pseudo Med Spa", because if they do not understand how valuable time it is in general to all of us (specially my time), therefore they deserve this honest and factual review, and just like school and universities do not take stupid away (in case stupidity dwells in your vicinity) certainly an Indian Wells Med Spa IS NOT a guarantee of quality service.

Pease take your business somewhere else and save yourself the trouble (unless you have plenty of time to waste).

I just moved to the desert and I am so lucky to have found this place. These ladies are honest with you and won't push unnecessary products/procedures on you. I was recommend dermaplane, diamond glow, and a few Skin Medica products. The Lytera and the TNS eye cream are my holy grail. I've tried many department store eye creams and the TNS is the absolute best thing I have come across. I also have less breakouts, smoother skin, and less hyperpigmentation with the facials and the Skin Medica. Adella is an amazing lady who knows what she is talking about and she will be honest about what you need for your face. I have been seeing her every month for derma plane and diamond glow since May and I have no plans on changing that routine because my skin looks AMAZING.
I came to see Dr. Cosgrove for fillers and retinol. Due to today's warped beauty standards I came in (at 30) wanting forehead fillers, parenthesis lines, and at the minimum 1 1/2 syringes for the lips alone. I will admit I have a distorted view on what I think beautiful is and I am very thankful Dr Cosgrove was VERY honest with me and told me I didn't need the forehead done. She also gave me a very natural looking lip. I have been asked multiple times if my lips were real. When that happens you know she did a hell of a job.

Doctor Doriana is amazing, her staff are excellent. She treats you like family always. Highly recommend her for anything you need. Lasers, fillers, Botox.

My cold sculpt came out amazingly well ?. Thank you Dr. Cosgrove and staff. You guys are a real class act.

I have been going to Dr. Cosgrove for about 8 years now. I live about 2 hours away. She is fantastic and worth the drive. She is always on time, professional and stays on top of new technology and treatments. Her front office staff is run by Yardena, who is also wonderful. They are great at making last minute changes with my extremely difficult schedule. I appreciate everything Dr. Cosgrove and her staff does for me.

Save your money. Go elsewhere. Only interested in your money!

The best!! The reviews don't lie. Dr. Doriana and her staff have been so excellent in giving me over the top care and making me feel good about myself again. I highly recommend and I will be returning soon.

So professional at this office from the front desk staff to Dr. Cosgrove. Have had the best experience here and would highly recommend to anyone!
