I rarely leave reviews and if I do they aren't bad ones however when I went to use my "Forever Warranty" today I found out that unfortunately it has been voided because I didn't call in to get my service approved every time I took my car in to get my oil changed even though I always took it to a Dodge Dealership to get it serviced which they should have record of. I was never told by the sales person or finance person when I purchased my car that I needed to call to have it approved prior to getting it serviced. They just said I had to keep my car serviced as I should. I even made sure to take it to a Dodge Dealership to make sure it was done to their standards. Unfortunately this is why people lack trust in car salesmen. You need to tell buyers about the fine print of the "Forever Warranty" so they can make sure it doesn't get voided otherwise it's just a marketing scheme. Please tell your sales people and finance people to make sure they are giving the correct information. No one wins when people are misinformed.

Drove three hours to see a truck. Was preapproved with my own financing USAA. Salesman assure me the financing was acceptable and the truck was ready to go. Get there and scan the truck with my code reader. The truck had three not ready monitors and had not finished its diagnostic checks. Meaning the vehicle could have had check engine lights that had not been detected yet. The tire pressures were low and the truck was out of gas. So test drive was short…

Three weeks later the trucks still on the lot… I call set it all up to see it again after they assured me it's been corrected. As I'm gettin in the car to make the three hour Drive. They tell me they aren't taking USAA, but three weeks prior they were accepting that financing. Stories were changing as much as the condition of the trucks they sell. I expected more from a franchised dodge dealer.

Walked into DeMontrond @ 9:40am on a Tuesday; fuply intent on custom ordering a new 2022 Challenger ScatPack.

Observed the following:
- 10 cars sitting in line for service (6 for "quick" oil change). No movement of vehicles or hustling of staff to expedite process.
- Smallest dealership service wait area I have ever seen. 10 people sitting arm to arm with almost no extra chairs for comfort. 2 dirty restrooms.
- On floor all sales staff staring at various screens.
- Watched for a while, strolled around. No staff change. No service line progression. Sadly walked out front door with build printout in pocket.

Probably just a fluke. Drove south on 45 to AutoNation. Looked better (newer?) but smelled really bad the moment I walked in. ???? Every CDJR dealership I walked in. Same poor quality.

Who cares, right? Buy the car and never return.

The major problem. If MOPAR/Stellantis has such a low bar for observable quality; then how much lower is their unobservable bar of quality (assembly line / parts procurement / etc).

? Just sucks. Really wanted a Challenger. Such a badass iconic look. No other car catching my eye.

I now realize when they say "Home of the Warranty Forever!" They actually mean it takes forever to get any warranty work done. Been waiting for two and a half months on a part and haven't heard a word from them. Called today and the service lady couldn't find a record of it being ordered. She is supposedly checking on it and will call me back..... We shall see if they follow through.... I'm sure I will have to call again!

I went to get a tire pressure sensor looked at and was told it would cost me 250.00 bucks to replace it. Thinking better, wound up going to discount tire and I'm getting all 4 for 190.00 bucks! Dealerships really know how to turn the screws on ya!
