Della Suzuki

When it comes to reviewing business, I never write two reviews. Della is my first exception to this rule.

Driving down the Northway from Montreal to Albany, I noticed that my Forrester was shaking when driving at highway speeds. Rather than risk breaking down, I decided to stop by Della Subaru to find out what the problem was. We arrived at 7:30, first in line thirty minutes before they opened, without an appointment. When I explained the issue, it was immediately diagnosed as ice in the wheels. They took our car immediately and removed as much ice as they could. THEY DID THIS FOR ME FREE OF CHARGE. Upon getting on the highway, the problem was resolved.

Della could have charged me or kept me waiting. Instead they went above and beyond for a passing Subaru owner who is unlikely ever to be a frequent customer as we live over 100 miles away. These guys are the real deal and I would trust them with any car problem.

Subaru should not be qualified to work on anything other than Subaru’s. They can sell you a car, other than subaru and perform sub-par, problem causing maintenance. Went in for an oil change, check engine light came on a week later. Leaking oil and now have to replace my car’s thermostat. Any worse and my engine would go. $22,000 for a new engine. $110 for an oil change. Go somewhere else, if you appreciate your vehicles. God Bless.

my car recently broke down so i brought it to della because it was under warranty with them. they took it in and ran some tests on it. all was well at first, but then it got to the point where they wouldn’t return my calls or give me any updates. they eventually had my car for a month and said it was ready. they gave the car back and it immediately broke down again. it was the same issue as before, they did nothing with my car for the month that they had it.
