Sky Zone Trampoline Park

I had my daughters birthday party at the Woodbridge location and everything was amazing. All the kids had so much fun, the adults actually enjoyed themselves too. It's a place where the whole family can enjoy themselves..age doesn't matter. The staff was friendly but the party host that I had were not too good. I was constantly looking for them and asking them to get things done because they were not coordinated at all. They had the wrong time schedule from the get so I had to fill them in on what time I specifically had wanted the party for but all in all in the end things turned out OK. We had a great time we enjoyed ourselves and I would definitely come back again and have another party here. My one request is that the managers get on top of the party host and tell the host to take it a little bit more serious their job and the position when it comes to hosting the parties because as parents are paying For you guys to do the job so that we don't have to and I felt like I was at home hosting the party on my own half the time that's the only one complaint that I have the party host needs to do a little better

WATCH OUT! GETTING THE MEMBERSHIP IS EASY BUT CANCELING SEEMS TO BE IMPOSSIBLE.
DIRTY MATS ?

At the beging, our family really enjoyed DEFY's trampoline park membership. Because of COVID,
we would only visit the trampoline park and go straight home. Unfortunately, a few months ago my children starting getting dry patches and they turned out to be ringworm, something I'm not familiar with and have never had in my life, but our doctor said it was most likely from dirty mats! Over the last three months I asked for my membership to please be canceled.

I emailed and asked in person to please have my membership canceled FOUR TIMES but the company has continued to charge me for the last 3 months, that's $210 and management keeps telling me that there's nothing they can do.

Honestly, I am VERY disappointed with how my children's party was ran. Everything was fine when we had gotten there, up until we got into the party room. I had ordered the orange crush soda & fruit punch, both were watered down so much you wouldn't know what they were ! I had to ask for plates & cups because besides what was on the table there was none, the only cups were the DEFY water bottles….It was about 4:35 when I asked for a lighter for the candles, the lady brought one back pretty quick but before I could light the candles she came back in stating that - that was another moms & she'd bring me another one, we waited but she never brought one back, so my sons grandma asked someone walking by if we could borrow one. After cake we started opening gifts & not once did they come in to say "hey you're time is almost up" so we're almost done with gifts (mind you I'm opening for 2 kids) & a lady comes in the room & says it's past 5 & we needed to leave because they have another party to set up for. So we tried to gather everything as fast as we could & before we even started taking things out, she comes in with the other party's items. I am VERY disappointed because to pay $400+ and that INCLUDES a party host, everything was handled pretty poorly, the point of a party host is they make sure everything is running accordingly & on time….just the rudeness from the employee who came in at the end, was not necessary. I will not be having a birthday party there ever again.

Experience wasn't good. No employees were attending the stands and everything was unorganized. Waste of $30
