The staff is always friendly and everything is so clean. Our kids always have a great time and we do too! Every time we come here we have a wonderful experience!

Great place. We had an awesome time. Staff knew what they were doing, it wasn't too crowded on a Saturday. Lots of different activities to choose from. Get tickets on their website. More deals, cheaper and saves time in the line.

My kids were very disappointed the dodgeball was reserved for private parties only. It's the thing they love the most and were most looking forward to. It was only after we were on the jump floor that we found out we would not be allowed to dodgeball. Very disappointing.

Hi Sara! Dodgeball is not reserved for private parties only. We apologize if this was not properly explained during your visit. We do run a 15-minute game for each birthday party we host, but these are sporadically placed throughout the day. All of our guests are invited to enjoy our dodgeball arena outside of those times. Be very careful when you come here. The employees there are not honest about the membership. When i came to this Thousand Oaks location. The girl at the counter gave me three options. Pay for a day, pay for a month or get a membership. I chose the one month option because according to the employee thats a better deal as apposed to the one day option. The girl at the counter signd me up for the membership & they kept billing me. When i noticed i was billed the next month i tried explaining that thats not what i signed up for they refused to refund & said they will bill me again for the 3rd month then they will cancel my membership. I never wanted a membership in the first place, i just wanted to try them out for a month. This Dojoboom tricks you in to a membership. Pay cash don't give your credit card info they are a fraud.
