Had my son's 6th birthday here. Highly recommend. Always a fun time. The staff is wonderful.

I paid for a one time ticket for my nephew with my credit card because he had exact $20. When the cost was $21.40 in September since then $21.40 has been deducted from my account for the month of Oct, Nov and Dec. I went in to them , I emailed them and I contacted costumer care and I still got no redress. Staff continue to direct me to calls and emails which goes unanswered and without replies.

My toddler loved it. ??? glad there was staff in every corner to watch them. My child does run fast and goes far. Hard to keep up. We went for a bday party. No issues.

The kids had a great time, fun place to hang out.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review and feedback! We have priced our parties to be competitive with, other places around us, however we will review them, and see where we can make any changes!

they continued to charge me 3 months after cancelling. Cancelled in July they charged me August sept and October. I called and the manager said they would take care of it and get ahold of regional to get ahold of me. Nothing ever happened. Called twice and tried to get ahold of corporate. I understand for paying within the 30 cancellation, that's how all business who put you in a loop get you. You sign up for a minimum of 3 but regardless you will pay for 4 months at least because you will need 30 days to cancel. but to charge me 2 more months and not have an explanation or the courtesy to call me back is unacceptable, I had to call my credit card to dispute the charges
