Staff behind the counter are nice enough, but the ones who act like bouncers are either ill attentive or hyper aggressive.

Didn't get 5 stars because we arrived 20 minutes early, checked in as we had paid and signed waivers online prior, and we weren't allowed in until 15 minutes past our scheduled time. Otherwise, kids had a blast and it was a great facility!

We have gate times based upon check in at the counter, if you fail to be at the gate at that time you will be bumped to the next safety video time. We do understand this can be frustrating but it is a policy to have everyone listen to our instructions every visit regardless of their buy time of that gate is missed. We hope this allows you to understand for future visits
