Friendly and great service!

Went in to have my car serviced, they told me they would order the piece covered by the warranty, never received a call after 1 week so decided to reach out. Dude told me since I wasn’t going to have them fix the rest of the repairs, they aren’t going to repair my thermostat, even thoough this man literally said “I’ll hit you up when that part comes in” just to change your mind & not even bother to reach out about that!!, thanks for wasting my time. Last time I had gone in they completely smashed my dust gaurd to my rotor, just from changing the wheel hub assembly. Not to mention they let you sit there and wait while your car has been done for over 30+ minutes. Do NOT recommend their service center, it is absolute garbage!

I took my 2013 ram truck and because the automatic start didn't work it was an after factory installation I had it done at Auto toys in Iowa City but dairy had worked on it a couple of weeks ago I thought maybe they had not hooked it back up they charged me $157 just to hook it up to the diagnostic machine found nothing so they put a battery in the auto fob charge me$15 and something for that and then with tax it cost me $182 for nothing told me to take it where I had it installed I think $157 just for hooking up to a diagnostic machine is ridiculous and after the bad service I had the last time I will never go there again they are crooks

Jeep broke down on our way to Michigan. Had it towed to this dealership for service. Chris and his crew quickly got it up on the lift and identified the issue within an hour. Had to order parts that would not come until after the weekend, but once they were there, they immediately started working on the car to get us back to CO the following week.

Chris and his team are high-class, made sure everything was safe for us, and had us on our way in under a week while we visited family. THANK YOU for all your hard work on what was probably not an easy fix!

Put your faith in Laith!! We stopped here while car shopping and found one we really liked. He was very accommodating, gave lollies to our kids. He was kind and offered us an awesome deal! It was quick and easy! I would definitely recommend Laith and Deery brothers when buying a car!

Bought a used vehicle, had noticed small chip in the windshield, so they dropped $50 off price, but then they washed vehicle after sale was final & when we went to leave the windshield had a huge Crack in front of drivers veiw, went in before leaving parking lot to let them know, they told me they would at least help pay the deductible for my insurance to fix it, but I told them that I didn't break it they did. Then they told me that they would have to redo the contract but they would take care of it, then when they re-did the contract they added the $500 & the $50 of for the chip to the contract which in turn up'd the cost of value of the vehicle & that in turn raised our registration fee as well, so now I have an additional $577 added to the loan, they won't let me talk to the Manager the Sales Associate is COLTON BURMEISTER the Financial Associate is NOLAN CHRISTIANS.
Well 2 weeks later I finally got to speak with the sales manager JEREMY WEBB and still got no where they made me pay for a windshield they broke
Oh yeah, don't let them slip the BS theft protection in the sale either they will & you don't need it, they will definitely under price a vehicle then do everything in their power to keep hiking it back up as much as possible, worst sale experience I've had in a long time & very dishonest sales team!
