Jay was extremely professional and helpful during a difficult time for our family. We used Deer Creek for my mom when she passed away in 2014, and the upmost care she received from Deer Creek staff was appreciated. My father wanted nobody else to handle his body when he recently passed. With COVID protocols, Jay came to our home to complete the paperwork and walked us through the entire process despite us already going through it back in 2014, so we appreciated the clear communication.
