Very thorough and so polite! It's slipped my mind the name of the wonderful employee they sent out to us yesterday, but he was great! Extremely thorough, he went over every inch of our home. Including the attic and crawl space. Thank you!

I hired Deep Water to provide flood mitigation services after a mainline backup in my basement. Working with this company has been a nightmare.

First, the company neglected to test for asbestos when they tore out our basement. We asked them to test for asbestos, and they claimed it was not necessary. A separate floor contractor from a different company later identified the exposed asbestos materials immediately upon viewing the exposed area of flooring. I received a positive asbestos test after I brought materials to a testing site in Denver. Because Deep Water did not test for the asbestos when they tore out the flooring, asbestos materials were exposed in my basement for over two months.

Second, Deep Water employees caused extensive damage to hardwood floors on the main level, which was nowhere near the initial flood area. The employees that caused the damage left without telling me. After I contacted Deep Water about the hardwood damage, they assured me via phone and email that they would pay for the repairs. However, now they are refusing to pay to repair the hardwood damage they caused.

Additionally, this entire project has been delayed several times because their employees have not arrived on time, or arrived at all, to scheduled appointments. On more than one occasion, I was not notified that their employees would be late or would not be arriving to a scheduled appointment.

I'm still trying to finish my business with this company, but I've been struggling to communicate with them. It's been over three months of negotiating, and an appropriate solution has yet to be reached. I am hoping that Deep Water will fix the damage they caused.

I do not recommend this company due to their neglectful asbestos testing practices, their unwillingness to repair damages they caused, and their unprofessional communication.

The leak and mold mitigation crew and office staff are great. My complaint is with the restoration folks. It took 6 weeks to get 10sqft of common hardwood installed and about 20sqft of sheet rook. I had to remind the rebuild representative to schedule repairs as he often forgot to follow up and then would send me some cryptic text or email trying to explain. To end it all, he sent an invoice at 3:30PM with unexplained charges and expected me to call right away and pay. Disappointed with the repair service and would not recommend.

They came in and ripped out baseboards and caused damage to my cabinets..it was a pain to get things fixed and patched up

We had a water leak in our upper floor bathroom. Deep Water was very responsive and had people out there right away. Luke Jonas, the lead tech. was the best. Very professional and knew what we needed right away and had his team working to dry out the sub floor and the laundry room. He answered all our questions and guided us through the insurance process with a referral to the reconstruction company. I cannot recommend this company enough, especially Luke Jonas !
