Decra-Scape

My landscape project did take some time to commence, from signed contract to finished work. This was due to many factors outside of Decra-Scape direct control. They kept me informed along the way. The initial meetings were pleasant and professional, as the patio design and suggested landscape changes were discussed. They answered my questions and brought in an outside expert to discuss health and status of various trees and shrubs on my property, which led to finalization of what could be pruned/trimmed versus what should be pulled and replaced. Once the project started, I knew I was in good hands. The team showed up early every day and were pleasant to talk to...they answered any questions that I had and provided status updates daily. When an issue arose with my bay door wood integrity, they were transparent and honest with the required repair. They cleaned up after themselves every day and took great care to protect the lawn (boards laid down) as they brought in heavier equipment. The work Nick and company did on my patio is pure artisan craftsmanship! Down to the smallest paver at the most intricate cut, the finished work is stunning! I am very pleased with the outcome of my project. There are a few follow up items for the Spring, and I have every confidence the final touches will be performed is the same quality fashion next year.

Decra scape presented me with a great design based on my verbal specs. The installation was done in 2 days and everything was completed as promised. I would highly recommend.

Carlo was an amazing project manager. He always responded to my questions and concerns. The construction team was very friendly, always arrived on time and worked all day. The job looks fantastic! We are absolutely thrilled!

Our experience with Decra-Scape can only be described as five stars across the board, with no exceptions. This was a big project that included the demolition of our huge old wooden deck, followed by building a retaining wall to accommodate the extreme slope of our backyard, creating a beautiful hardscaped patio where the deck used to be, demolishing and renovating our side entry to the house, and repairing our front walkway. Throughout the process, every single interaction with this business was professional, courteous, and transparent. The owner was very responsive to our goals for the space and created something better than we could have even imagined on our own. The on-site crew was incredibly hardworking, polite and considerate. They even made sure to ask my neighbor for permission to WALK on his driveway! They worked long hours and always cleaned up and kept me apprised of what they were planning for each day. Change orders were handled quickly and efficiently. The communication was superb on all levels. I would recommend this business without hesitation. It was honestly a pleasure from start to finish.

Overall great experience with Decra-Scape. The foreman Nick is a great communicator who's empathetic. We spent a lot of hard earned money on hardscape, it was worth every penny.

The team kept me informed of any changes to the schedule and walked me thru the process. I provided an idea, they made recommendation and gave me a wide range of options so I could make an informed decision. Would definitely use this company again and recommend to others. The yard looks great, I love it.

So far, all I can say is that after calling to have some much needed landscaping done, they never called me back and that was 5 days ago.

Outstanding team of true professionals!
From start to end, we were extremely impressed with the entire DecraScape process. All team members were highly knowledgeable and it was very refreshing to work with such an awesome team of hardworking individuals! Our patio looks amazing and we've received many compliments! Decrascape is the most professional company I have ever had the pleasure of working with in any field. From the first consultation to design to project management they were top notch. The install crew was courteous, professional, respectful, and showed up throughout the entire job as promised. The finished product is beautiful. I couldn't ask for a better experience.
