I purchased a 2025 Toyota RAV4 last December 2024 ever since I’ve been having issues with the navigation system and I’ve been back-and-forth back-and-forth and they just not get it done. They’re not able to fix it. I’m very disappointed with this dealership.

Currently filing smalls claims for $580.00 change that was never agreed to, and DID NOT FIX MY ISSUE. They had the truck for 23 days, then I took it to Ventura Toyota problem as solved within a week. Oscar is a poor service advisor, indicating his techs know what they're doing to give you a false sense of security when dropping off your truck don't buy it. Stay away from this place.

Shoutout to Raffy who was an awesome salesman. He got to know us personally and helped us make educated decisions without being too pushy. He brought a big bow out to take a picture with, and got us local food recommendations for after! When he forgot to put the paper plates on and we had already left, he drove to us and put them on while we were eating dinner. Raffy deserves five stars himself. I wish there was a vehicle specialist in store who could answer more technical questions, and the financial specialist was too pushy trying to sell extras.
