Ive had such a great experience over at Oxnard Toyota. Jack and Chris have always helped me and beyond with any questions or problems I've had. My experience at VTA Toyota was horrible to the point that I had to make a complain for damaging my brand new 2024 Toyota Camry. First service with them, they completely damaged my wheel and tire, they even tried to blame it on me but thankfully I had resources help me recover the Camera Footage indicating that it was indeed their fault. Oxnard Toyota has always been very attentive and detailed when it comes to maintenance and upkeeping of my vehicle.

Oscar, Miguel and Gris were able to work with me on the car I wanted and at a great price. Miguel was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions and never pressured me. I would recommend DCH Toyota of Oxnard to all of my friends. Im very pleased with the exceptional service from Miguel and the dealership.
