Taken my Kia Soul to DCH Kia in temecula on Thursday 9 Dec 2021 for engine recall I was told that the engine will take longer. Got there 0730 am and was out at 10 am. Never had any issue with my engine until after the recall. Friday 17 Dec 2021 my car started hissing and knocking I was on my way to Texas car stop running had to get towed to Wilcox Arizona call kia in temecula and spoke to not going to call the person name but they did not care that I was stranded between texas and California. Very disappointed will never take my car to kia in temecula should listen to the negative reviews the 4.6 review is a lie and false.

Unfortunately nothing but terrible experiences so far with this dealership. They sold me a Kia Sedona that became completely inoperable at 93k. They wanted to charge me $15k for an engine replacement that wouldn't even be available for 5 months. What about the 100k / 10 year warranty you say? Non-existent for major repairs. So obviously this is an awful experience, so you might assume the dealership that sold such a hooptie would have empathy. NOPE. In fact they have been rude, smug and nearly disrespectful. Do I have an axe to grind with this business? I sure do, but that doesn't change that everything I wrote were simply facts of an unfriendly terrible business. There are other places you can buy bad vehicles from that will treat you better.

The service department is terrible. My car has been sitting there for 2 weeks and I have no idea what's going on. I have left voicemails for days, finally spoke to someone who was not my service advisor because he doesn't answer or return calls and she said that it hasn't even been worked on after 9 days. I'm not typically a person who goes out of their way to write bad reviews. I get times are tough and things take a little bit longer but at least return calls and update people. I was told they would have my car for a "few days", now we're going on the 3rd week.
