Add ReviewI’m giving a 1-star review for dishonest business practices. This review is based off an experience on 3/18/25 in which I saw a used Honda Civic listed on DCH Honda Temecula’s website and based on that advertised price drive almost an hour round trip to view and test drive in person. At this point, they then told me the price of the car was $3,000 more than advertised. I was in shock initially. After done negotiating, it became evident that the advertised price in the website would not be honored. To be clear, the dealership has the right to ask for whatever price they want, even if it is far o we the high-end of KBB (which their actual asking price on person was), but they don’t have the right to deceive potential customers and waste their time. I would highly recommend avoiding buying a car gym this dealership.Report
Waist your time and don’t help at all.Report
On December 30, 2024, I bought a 2017 Honda Pilot brand and model vehicle from this dealership. They showed me the CARFAX report showing that the car had 150,000 miles but was well-maintained and inspected, and I trusted them and bought it. However, the car did not start after 2 days. When I told them that the car was faulty, they said the battery was faulty and they would replace it. They solved the problem and I started using my car again and 48 days later it broke down again and did not start, I informed them again. But this time they said that I did not have a warranty for the car and that they would not help. They did not offer me any warranty when I bought the car, and although I asked about the car, they said they would not give a warranty. I bought it because I needed it, trusting the report and the company they showed me. Unfortunately, the car is now trash, the engine is locked due to lack of maintenance and does not work. The engine needs to be changed, my money was wasted.Report
I had a highly disappointing experience at this dealership due to their unreasonable pricing and excessive markups.Report
I inquired about a 2019 BMW 440i listed at an internet price of $20,000. Based on my research and comparable listings, I made a fair and well-supported offer of $17,500–$18,000 for the vehicle, which would have totaled approximately $19,500–$20,000 after taxes. However, to my surprise, the dealership presented me with an out-the-door price of $26,000—an astonishing $6,000 increase from the advertised price.
This inflated figure included $4,000 in unnecessary add-ons that I neither requested nor found justifiable. Despite my clear offer and market comparisons, the sales team insisted how "close" I was to that price!!
I strongly advise potential buyers to conduct thorough research before visiting this dealership. Their pricing tactics feel deceptive, and without due diligence, customers risk overpaying significantly. Proceed with caution.
My service has always been great, I’ve been coming here for years. I’m here today for a recall and the management is no longer offering customers the courtesy shuttle. Being that I’m here for a recall (4-5 hours wait) there should be shuttle service for that. Time is important to us customers. Other dealerships still offer the company shuttle so it’s time to maybe move on. It’s not good business to take that service away. It doesn’t make sense for the consumer or the management. Lost $$$$ in the long run. You might want to rethink this policy.Report
Customer satisfaction is key!
This has been a headache throughout. Tried to do an internet sale. Agreed to price and they said they had the car. Showed up at the agreed time and they did not have the car and tried to sell us a different one. Waited for a while and eventual they "found" the car and we bought it at the agreed price. However they screwed up the title and we are 4 months later and still waiting for them to sort it out. They do not return calls and they keep sending you to voice mail. Be careful and make sure you stay on top of the details as they do not. Just called again and the sales person sent me to voicemail and then suddenly no one answering.Report
We had a great car-buying experience thanks to Aaron! He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all our questions, and made everything smooth and stress-free—without any pressure.Report
If you're shopping for a car, I highly recommend asking for Aaron.
AMAZING customer service from Aaron. He was very patient, incredibly helpful and nice. We did end up buying a car, which he made possible. This guy deserves a big raise. Highly recommend asking for him if u ever go.Report
Leaving a negative review after not only receiving a rude, disrespectful tone by the service department representative who is apparently the same one that everyone in the reviews are mentioning. But in my times of going to this dealership due to other locations either too far or not enough staff to take in appointments, now all of sudden, they're booked until April which is super baffling in my opinion. Even during covid times, I was still able to get an appointment with them and now, those times are over, it now takes literally over a month to even get scheduled an appointment, what a joke honestly?! Especially since Lake Elsinore Honda won't offer shuttle services for no more than 8 minutes of drive time and i live too far from them, so I was hoping this dealership would be my go to due to the shuttle much closer to my place, but with their no appointments available until a month later, well, that is extremely disappointing coming from this dealership. I really hope that you all get your act together and fix your entire team because how is that other smaller dealership are able to accept appointments within a week and you all are all booked up until April?!Report
I finally received a letter to get my fuel pump recall done because parts are avaliable. I called the Temecula location on 2/24/25 because it's on the way to work. The lady that answered the phone was dry and short with all my questions. She also said they are booked till the end of April. Sounds kinda crazy so I called Lake Elsinore and got an appointment for 2/26/25. As if dealer service centers aren't bad enough they have workers that drive people away. If California would let us fix this recall on our own it would be done and we wouldn't have to deal with people like this.Report
