Better organized and customer service than another branch I used to go to, but not the biggest fan of them saying "oh yea, we do shred that*" when clearly, the paperwork is in the trash bin along with other trash easily accessible for clients vs the shred bin in the office.

They're engaging in price gouging by charging $5,000 over MSRP on brand new ~$30,000 cars. Don't trust the prices online, they are not disclosing the markup until you go in to the dealership or call. Yet these people (the automotive industry) are the first ones to go begging the government for a handout as soon as the economy starts working against them.

I bought my 2015 Sienna from Dayton Toyota. Have been regularly going to them for all my services.

Two incidents:
I was recently got my 65K Service done. I told Ryan to perform other checks to make sure everything is else is ok. We were planning a long distance trip. He said everything else is ok only oil change required. Wipers were squeaking but no one recommended to change. I had to get them replaced on emergency during my visit to Ohio. So not sure if they really checked anything as part of multi point inspection.

I felt acceleration is not 100%. May requires a fuel system cleaning. Setup an appointment. I was told that I need to drop off the vehicle for check up. Ryan was the service rep again. He said you can't expect a brand new car experience after some miles (It's only 65K). When all formalities were done I was offered a Toyota Corolla as a loaner. Corolla for Sienna?! I said why did you not inform me at the time of reserving the appointment that you have only Corolla as a loaner vehicle and if I am ok with that. Wasted my time.
