Excellent experience.. my insurance is out of network costing me 50%of my charges however I was so pleased that I choose to use Dr Davis rather than seek a 100%coverage in network dentist ??

Still hounding me for 17 bucks ??
This has been going on for 3 months now .
Eveyone who's having issues about insurance problems . If you're out-of network, please don't come here because the front desk is very unorganized. I was told 3 months ago to not worry about the small charge . This place is keep contacting me due to a balance. Ill pay your 17 so you're happy ?? .
BTW don't contact me anymore, I'm keeping this review up .

We sincerely apologize for the miscommunication.  Per our conversation, the balance should have been waived in our system and it should not have prompted our team to reach out to you about it.  Despite our best efforts, these oversights will occasionally occur.  Open and clear communication is very important to us and we encourage you to let us know immediately if you believe an error has been made, so that we may do everything we can to take care of it for you.
