David Chessmore consistently goes above and beyond- he squeezed me in to replace my dead battery on the same day working around my schedule- he saved me $ on replacing the console latch that broke by describing the spring that I had indeed saved - I always appreciate his friendly excellent service and his deep knowledge about my RDX. Your WiFi and office area allowed me to keep all my meetings while I waited- enjoyed a cold coke, a fresh bag of chips and a cold water too! Your service department is the best- thank you and especially David C
