My overall experience at this place for auto service has been pleasant, but better management would be the only way for them to earn a 5-star review. I made an appointment for 12:30 pm to get my tires rotated and oil changes, after I found the best coupon redeemable at this Honda location. Upon arrival, I had to wait 30 minutes before seeing by a service advisor, Ashley Shorts. I was originally only going to do oil change and tires rotation, but she was attentive enough to see my state inspection is due and offered a bundle deal with the state inspection done. This means the coupon I had for oil change and tire rotation is $65, whereas the offer I accepted from her was $70 with state inspection added. I was quoted 1 hour 45 minutes of wait time, but ended up taking longer than 2 hours. Ashley was kind enough to give additional discount where I paid $62 for all three services. I cannot give it a 5-star rating because the management was not in order with the appointment scheduling where people have to wait even when they arrived on time for their appointment. This place only prioritize people with appointments, meaning people come before you with or without appointment will get serviced first. Additionally, the wait time can be shortened, especially when I had plans with other people afterwards.
