I set up an appointment online for an oil change and had no issues once arriving. Got there at 5pm and left within an hour & a half or so. Super nice people!! Tyler was a great tech & went out of his way to buy me a water & put my name on it. Super sweet & personable guy who also informed me of what certain car terms meant and gave suggestions for car care. he didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing things LOL. definitely returning for service here!

Everyone in the service department was extremely helpful and professional. Susan provided exceptional customer service!

David Mcdavid of Frisco will be the Honda dealer of choice to service my vehicle because their customer service was impeccable!! After scheduling, arriving, and sitting in wait for my recall repair at Mcdavid of Irving location, I was told they didn't have the part. I received no apology or attempt at all to make it right from mgmt. I scheduled the repair with the Frisco location online the same day and put in my notes to please notify me if the part wasn't available before I arrived and waited for nothing. Not only was my message read, I also got a courtesy call from Melanie saying they have the part and provided me with all the needed details prior to my appt like ensuring I had the right amount of gas so they could perform the service (this was never mentioned at Irving). She explained the time it could take so thatI could make proper arrangements and ensured my service was great until my vehicle was complete. Thank you Melanie! And everyone that I came into contact with. You were all pleasant to work with. If you are seeking quality customer service with a smile chose DavidMcdavid of Frisco!! These folks are awesome!

I’ve had nothing but problems with my Honda Odyssey since I drove it off the lot. Ended up needing a new transmission and took the service department weeks to figure it out and made me pay for it instead of them taking care of it since everything happened with in 24hours of getting it. I’ve had my car back for less than a month from the transmission repair and the emission light came on.
