We came to this dealership ready to buy a car—but what we experienced with the Finance Team was absolutely infuriating and unacceptable. The behavior of Shan (Finance), Sales Director Danny, and another individual seated beside Danny was unprofessional from start to finish.

Although the car price was already agreed upon, the finance process quickly turned into a nightmare. Instead of a straightforward conversation about interest rates, they were relentlessly pushing useless warranty packages. We made it crystal clear—not once, not twice, but FIVE times—that we were not interested. Yet they kept pushing, ignoring our clear refusals and wasting our time.

Then came the most absurd and unethical part: they told us the interest rate would only remain the same if we purchased the warranties. That’s not just misleading—it’s manipulative. Since when are interest rates tied to buying optional add-ons? This is pure nonsense and incredibly shady.

And when we stood our ground and rejected the warranties once and for all, one of them had the audacity to walk out mid-discussion. Completely unprofessional behavior.

This team doesn’t seem interested in transparency or respect—just in squeezing more money out of customers through pressure tactics and deceptive upsells.

Do not waste your time here. If you value honesty, clear communication, and basic respect, avoid this dealership—especially the finance department.

The only silver lining was Adam from the Sales team. Adam was polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. He handled everything with integrity and deserves recognition. Thank you, Adam—you were the only professional we encountered that day.

I had the pleasure of working with Danny and Amare. Did all negotiations prior to my 2 hour drive down to pick up my new ride. Very fair and quick negotiation with none of the add on packages many dealers try to force on buyers (think nitrogen filled tires).
Amare is a direct and to the point type salesman which I absolutely prefer because I am that way as well. No frills, no fluff, just hey Amare and Danny can you do this or not and they will tell you quickly.

Poor customer service

It was a pleasant experience buying my honda pilot from this dealership. Special thanks to sales representative Mr. Azizur Rehman who helped us get the right deal for the trade-in and select the best option for the replacement car. Hope to receive the same level of customer service for any future visits as well.

Steve Harris at this Honda made my car buying experience so smooth and painless. He had the car I wanted to see ready to go. He allowed me to take a thorough test drive and then helped me go through the process smoothly and as quickly as possible making sure I was comfortable and even helped me get some coffee while waiting for the finance team.
