I reached out to David Benowitz a couple years ago due to some legal issues. He took a very stressful time and made me feel at ease with his knowledge and professionalism. He was very honest and straight forward but kind at the same time. He doesn't make you feel rushed and truly hears you out before giving step by step instructions on what he needs from you, to fight your case.

He also doesn't charge you for services you don't need and/or receive. He's very honest with his billable time. I received an unexpected call from him today saying he was returning the unused portion of legal fees. If you're looking for an attorney who cares about his clients and not just the money, look no further. Highly recommend!!!
