I had an out of control yellow jacket nest up under my front deck and needed it taken care of. I called several businesses and either didn’t get an answer, got an answering machine or was told it would be a couple days before service could be provided. When I called Dave's Pest Control, the phone was answered quickly and after explaining my situation and wanting the hive removed on the same day, they made it happen. I was told it would be after 5:00 PM (there was NO extra charge for an after hours service call). In fact, I was quoted half of what others were charging for a same day service. Jacob, showed up, was professional and took care of the hive. I highly recommend Dave's Pest Control, a longtime family business with exceptional service and very professional customer service! Over the last few years I have tried a few different pest control agencies, and Dave's Pest Control is by far the most effective and affordable ! Their technicians are friendly and knowledgeable and they are always flexible in working with my busy schedule. I talked to the wife Natasha on Friday. She and her husband agreed they would call and be out between 12-3 that same day. We never received a phone call or a visit!? We called and left a message that night to please contact us. It is now 5 days later and we have not heard from them! They were nice over the phone.
