Data Recovery Group is a top notch company! They have saved our bacon when footage needed to be retrieved from corrupted drives at our video production company, and now our biggest client relies on them as well. On a personal note - in the "no job is too small" category - when a very important picture on my camera was corrupted, the one and only group shot of our far-flung family coming together at Christmas, Patrick and Ron exhaustively searched the card and were able to retrieve the lost picture. My family was ecstatic, and I highly recommend these guys for their service and dedication!

I am wedding photographer in the metro Detroit area. As a photographer I went through one of those nightmares that we all hope never happens, an sd memory card I had just shot an event with went corrupt. My camera could not access the sd card and neither would any laptop I tried it on. I googled my possibilities and found the Data Recovery Group in Southfield MI. I rushed out in hopes they could recover my files or I would have to answer to an angry bride, something no photographer looks forward too. Luckily I found these guys who within just a couple of days they had recooperated my photographs. Friendly fast and they definitely know what they are doing!

Thank you. We're glad everything worked out.

The level of services here was despicable. Customer service will never return a call and they couldn't care less about assisting you. I wouldn't utilize this service if they paid me for my data recovery. I'd give them ZERO stars, but that is not an option.

Awesome Experience! They helped me recover pictures from an SD card that was not responding.... SAME DAY while I waited. The level of service was top notch and I highly recommend them. I will use them in the future for any data recovery needs I may have.
