Great experience! In and out in about an hour for an oil change and a wheel replacement! Was kept updated by Brandon who was very personable and professional! The waiting room was quiet and comfortable. Will definitely be using Darrel Waltrip Honda Service Center for all our future maintenance!

From salesperson Alex Leon, to finance expert Nikki Barger, it was an extremely positive experience overall! They were so helpful and kind. Alex took the time to teach me all the aspects of the vehicle, even answering my million questions! He is very knowledgeable, and gave me detailed answers to all of my questions. Nikki helped me find solutions to questions and was so very kind.

My experience was excellent. I was provided with a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being serviced. I was also sent a video of the vehicle inspection performed on my vehicle which I didn't expect.

Great experience with video inspection explaining each area of car reviewed. Quotes given before doing service and no sales pressure if you decline particular service recommendations. Communication of service status by text. Comfortable and clean seating area to wait while service done. Detailed printout of what services done and which recommendations declined if you want to do later.

Even after receiving a reminder 3 hours prior to the appointment AND waiting well over 1 hour for an oil change, they informed us they had to run over to O’Reilly Auto Parts to purchase the oil needed for the car. They wouldn’t provide any kind of credit AND they overcharged for the oil. O’Reillys advertised the oil as $11.99/qt and Darrell Waltrip Service STILL charged $17.63/qt.
Another problem: this particular car was purchased from Darrell Waltrip in August 2023 and when we would have an issue with the oil consumption with the car, they kept dragging their feet to find the problem. In September, upon finding the oil issue (they probably knew about it when they sold us the car last year) they said they could look at helping us with trading it in to rectify the issue, but no one ever called me back. Fast forward to yesterday, while waiting for the oil change my daughter asked about the trade in and the sales guy told her they would only give $6,000 on trade in when we purchased it for over $16,000 15 months ago. Absolutely ludicrous! Thanks but no thanks for the crappy car buying and service experience. Shame on YOU!

Big shout-out to Joseph Reynolds. Provided the best customer service anyone can ask for. Very attentive and detail oriented. Explanation was very informative. If you need to feel taken take of, he's your guy.

Selected a truck from another Hendricks Group location and had no idea how this would work. Saw photos, car fax, warranty docs before first contact, on paper this was the one. Our Sales Rep and his managers made the rest easy. They answered all our questions and laid out a timeline/roadmap to move the truck, inspect it, test drive and take delivery. Spotted something a couple days later and brought it back, Service took care of my minor issue in just a half hour. All in all this was an easy deal, professional attitude, great communication.
