We now sell and install all types of flooring. We qualify customers by telephone, finding out the type of flooring, colors, quality etc., and take the samples directly to their homes. We find by doing this it allows the customer to get a better feel for colors and it makes it easier for them to pick out what they want. If the customer is unable to find what they want, then we send them to a show room.
