I had my car towed and everyone from the phone person to the service staff was so calming. They had me in a loaner car and in 2 day had my car fixed. Thank you

My service manager, Gabriel, was terrific in every way. He answered all my questions; from helping me choose new tires to teaching me the tricks with my remote key. I appreciate his professionalism as well as his kindness. Overall he provided a great service experience.

Had my Audi serviced at Audi Danbury recently. Gabriel Henriques provided an outstanding level of service: spending hours working with my extended warranty company to make sure they pay for the repairs and then making sure I'm well aware of what's going on with my car at all stages of the process. Repairs were done relatively quick, taking into account recent supply chain issues.

Seamless process, and Al went above and beyond to work with my schedule for pick up. Highly recommend.

The most exciting encounter and experience- amazing sales team - transparent, honest, and consistent. My encounter was amazing on two visits- many thanks to Courtney and Marsel - amazing maintenance advice via Dave in service- while I name these leaders I believe the entire team at Audi Danbury are top notch - we did a major deal twice involving five cars - the first visit was a blast but somehow the team raised the bar and made the second experience even more memorable- with that said - customer 4 life and ambassador 4 ever. Many thanks to the team lead Mike - with his positive mindset he allows the team to grow and function efficiently. My first sales person was Rich - no longer at this dealership- second time around was the most sincere and super hard working - Assistant Sales Manager- Ms. Courtney- & Finance / Business Manager Marsel on both visits- I will shout it out to the world - great people and great experience- the environment felt more so like family than business. I have nothing but good things to say about Audi Danbury. I purchased my Q5 at Audi Danbury about 4 years ago and the process was seamless and the sales team was fantastic. Since then I've had my car serviced a few times and I have had such positive experiences with the service team - specifically Gabriel Henriques. He is responsive, knowledgable, and just overall very kind and a pleasure to work with!
