Horrible service center

I priced a wrangler out on their site. Got an email immediately confirming my final price with a message saying it is valid for 7 days. When I try and buy the vehicle, they tried to add 7k to the price of the car.

My quote and messages included. I called the sales manager Gio and he basically told me they can change the price whenever they want even though the quote from their website says its good for 10 days.

I would never give these people my business. Who treats customers this way?

I had a good experience buying a car here. The sales consultant Demitrius Young was very honest and tried to accommodate me the best he could. If he didn't know the answer, he didn't just guess, he went and found out the correct information.
The finance manager Alex Tulin, was very helpful. He explained things clearly and did a fine job with me.
If you plan on buying a car I would suggest you check out this dealership.

Just a terrible experience whenever I came here. Gave them 3 chances and each time I came they always try to be sneaky with prices and always trying to make me pay more then needed. They always tried to say they needed to do more things on my car then they needed to do so they can just get more money from me. I'm never comig back to this place, especially to fix my car.

Terrible

10k mark ups on trucks. Don't shop at dealers like this. Order you're trucks in advance from an honest dealer. Supply will balance out and people will remember these sketchy business practices and will not support dealers like this.

I Reached out to this dealership about a vehicle advertised on Autotrader and their company website. I was prepared to buy it, sight unseen as it was still in transit to the dealership. AFTER I went and got my current car appraised and get ready to set up a deal, they tell me that there is OVER A $7000 MARK UP ON THIS VEHICLE!!! "WHAT, Why", I ask? They give me no real reason, it's just because they feel like that can make more on this vehicle. Also keep in mind that this vehicle is ALREADY over 60k at it's advertised price!!!! So these guys are advertising a price on the site, but want me to purchase it for over 7k more than they're advertising! I've never experienced anything like this as a willing buyer... BEWARE and do your research...
