Not the team it was. Took in laptop with WiFi connection issues explained in detail problem, called on day it was to be ready they said couldn't get it to not connect, again explained the issue got a "oh ok" When picked it up was told it was something that made no sense and even I know it would not cause problem. Called back and asked if they did what I told them to do because it was doing the same thing as when I brought it in, got attitude with "I'm sure we did" no offer to bring it back to fix the issue nor refund my charge. To bad they use to be excellent, obvious not the same group the tech couldn't even work the register obviously new employee but one would think in a business to fix electronics they would train him BEFORE he was waiting on customers...sadReport
