Absolutely great. Ty walked through everything that was going on very professional. The work crew was absolutely amazing. They did a great job . They went above and beyond. Best I have ever seen they started at 6:30 am and was complete by noon.highly recommend cypress roofing for all your roofing needs Thanks for all the hard work

I highly recommend Cypress Roofing!! They came out and quoted me for my roof and had it done very quickly. The quality of work is excellent and worth every penny!!

Great experience with Cypress roofing after hurricane Ida. They were at my house making temporary repairs 2 days after the storm & my new roof was completed 4 weeks later. Very easy to work with- after I filed my insurance claim & gave them the information they did everything. Installation was quick & painless. Very professional company- 100% recommended!!

Cypress Roofing is an awesome local company to work with! They answered all my upfront questions, helped me picked out a shingle color which would be most suitable for my home and did a great job installing it as well as cleaning up! They've earned my business for life!

In order to get a quote on a roof replacement after hurricane Ida Cypress wants to know how much the insurance check will be. They would not send a guy to quote my roof without me emailing them what the insurance would pay for it. This type of pricing should be considered a scam and is an unprofessional way of doing business. Why does it matter how much my insurer will pay for a roof? No way your quote needs that info nor should you base pricing on what that amount will be. I need a roof not someone trying to skirt around giving an honest quote. Shame on y'all for doing business like this.

Mr. Miller, first we are so sorry you have damage to your home. Our prayers continue to go out to our community. Unfortunately, due to the sheer number of requests most large roofing companies are receiving, 50-100 per day still, we do not have the manpower to create estimates that will be duplicated by the insurance companies. We use the same software as the insurance companies, called Xactimate, so the estimates will be almost identical in nature. Before Hurricane Ida, 95% of the work we do is insurance related, so we are experts in this field. Not only is it not a scam, we are protecting our homeowners from incorrect Insurance Breakdowns. As soon as we receive an Insurance Breakdown or Scope of Work, we review for any errors or omissions made by the company. The adjusters are overworked right now, due to the number of claims they are adjusting daily and we are seeing a large number of incorrect estimates. In fact, we are seeing many breakdowns come back with only repairs when they should have been a full roof replacement and that is where we come in with our expertise. We will assure your insurance company is providing you the correct amount of money you deserve, in order to have the best roof money can buy. After all, this is why you pay monthly premiums. Sir, we are so sorry that we cannot provide what you are asking at this time. Our company logo states that Cypress Roofing is "Protecting What Matters" and we take this very seriously. We are protecting our Homeowners in helping them navigate the insurance process in a very frustrating and confusing time. The company was doing my neighbor's roof and they seen me come out and Taylor said he'll give me a free inspection and he notice a shingle on my roof wasn't nailed down he said he'll fix it for free and I also had some other work done that I paid for a few weeks later the same shingle pop back up I called the company and they said they'll send somebody out to check it out the guy came out saying he'll be back next week to fix it I've been waiting for a whole month haven't heard from him yet

Josh inspected our roof and found damage worthy of repair that we didn't know we had. The entire new roof was approved after he contacted our insurance company. We were ecstatic to find out we would get a new roof for our out of pocket expense to be only the deductible! They offered a quality product with plenty of choices. The product was delivered to our house a couple of days ahead of the installation date, which meant that they could start ASAP on the morning of the installation. They had an excellent crew who were diligent and got the entire job before 1:30 pm the same day! Amazing! Josh came and did an inspection and took pictures after the completion. He even sent a "Thank You" note after. We highly recommend Cypress Roofing!
