Great Docs and Staff/Ridiculous Wait
If you want good orthopedic care and don’t mind spending a lot of time waiting, this is the place to come. I hate to complain to the staff too much because I truly believe this is a result of hospital ownership who make them overbook excessively. Private practices are generally more concerned with this aspect of patient contentment. Hospitals only look at numbers.

Wait time is to long . You can drive to lexington and see a Dr. Quicker than here .

I've had to come here several times and have spent well over 5 hours on each visit.

It doesn't matter how many doctors are on staff you will still be waiting at least an hour just to get put in a room. Their receptionist are rude and hateful, they overbook appointments and are no help. Took 2 hours of being in the office before seeing the doctor. The doctors sat at their desk outside our room talking sports instead of seeing patients.

Wait time is AWFUL! What good is an appointment time of 8 am when you wait over hour and a half to be seen by the doctor! Time was taken off work for this appointment and when you wait this long I feel it is very rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate of others time!
