My son was referred to CHI Saint Joseph Medical Group - Orthopedics in London after a sports injury. Today was his appointment. Upon entering the office, the line to sign in was backed up to the door with no where to sit. This is not the type of place to let get that far behind. There were people that could barely stand, standing along the walls. It took 40 minutes to finish chech in. An hour after his appointment time we got taken to a room. A lady walked in, spent less than 3 minutes with my son. She told him to bend his knee to which he replied that he was unable to bend it. She used her bodyweight to bend it anyways and then she was done. She said they'll try to get him into physical therapy and will try to get an MRI. How do you try to get things done for a patient? So she didn't listen to my son and we walked out with zero answers. ???? We will not be returning and don't recommend this place to anyone!

Got a appointment with in a week and didn’t wait long at all. Dr Delpama was awesome.

Was told I was not a candidate for surgery and sent out the door after 4 popped disc, spinal stenosis, and unable to move without screaming. What a waste of time!

2 visits. Each took over 3 hours each. Find a practice that respects your time.

Great Dr. His team performs as a professional group should. (Attention to details. Consideration 2 patients AND family!)

Seen the Doctor back a year or so ago for a Workmans Comp injury , now having to go 2 years later for MRI due to lying to me about my arm telling me there was nothing wrong with it and trying to put me back in a truck to drive when I couldnt even drive my vehicle, apparently INSURANCE companies pay off this clinic very well.

Now I am considering suing this place for false treatment and Medical Malpractice as well.. i would not take anyone here if you do have a Injury that needs taken care of if it is workman’s Comp you will be done wrong and because the insurance companies pay for your visits etc,, you will have to wait to see a real doctor 2 years later and get proper information about your injury and not tell you nothing is wrong , they did not even offer a MRI I was there 6 times and 6 ex rays of my arm and told the same thing.

Scam . And also Dangerous in my opinion to put people back to work with long term injuries.

Went year ago did real well but went back again had to wait over hour due to they had scheduled slot people at same time but knee surgery did great at hospital

Takes a long time to get an appointment but excellent drs and staff
