Founded in 1968 by Danny Moon, Commercial Steel Erection started as a steel erector. Over forty years later, and now in its second generation of ownership, CSE has grown to nearly 250 employees and operates throughout the eastern United States, During this time, CSE has become a leaser in the specialized industrial contracting market and has emerged as one of the largest steel erectors ins the country. CSE houses one of the largest fleets of cranes ans specialty rigging equipment in the Mid-Atlantic. We specialize in critical lifts, engineered lift, and offer specialized rigging and heavy hail services. Our company also offers a complete spectrum of plant maintenance and outage services.

Engineered and Critical lifts are the cornerstone of CSR's Crane and Rigging Division. From the initial consultation through the post-job review, our engineers plan and supervise each phase of the rigging and heavy lifting process.
