CSA Balloons: Toronto Custom Balloons

Outstanding customer service (thank you, Rossella!) and loved how my balloons turned out. They've been a huge hit. Fast turnaround time even in the midst of a lockdown. Will use CSA again if I need to order more balloons.

I was having a job done when my event planner was in a terrible accident. She tried to have my balloons ready for my event.
She was treated very poorly. She forwarded me your email when you cancelled my order, that I ALREADY PAID for. Now with days out we have no balloons. Very disappointed with your service. Was really hoping to do lots of business as things are opening.
I hope you reached out to her and apologized. Terrible customer service.

After being in an awful accident I was trying to fulfill and order for a client. The lack of respect and professionalism is unbelievable. I told them I would be forwarding all client requests to them and this is how I was treated

" Please! read the emails again, you can't even make a coherent request, forget spelling seriously!!!

If it would have not taken you a week to actually say what you wanted instead or cryptic phrases that meant nothing, you would have gotten you balloons before! We've been at it since the 18th.

Stop wasting my time….

The payment is voided!"

Thanks for absolutely nothing. Heaven forbid life happen and someone need help.
