Add ReviewJenkins is the best Chevrolet dealer in Citrus County. Jim is the very best salesman & tony mesa is a very thorough closer.Who does the paperwork. I have bought several vehicles from Jenkins and it is an excellent professional dealer. I highly recommend them for you💓Report
went in there a couple months back and Chayce helped me out but unfortunately i wasn't able to get into a vehicle at the time. Fast foward to this week i called Chayce up to see what we could do and he gladly assisted me in getting into a truck. Awesome guy really helpful and quick to get us sorted out. If you're looking to get into a vehicle at this location definitely go to Chayce good solid guy. Overall one of the better experiences i've had in a dealership in a long time. 10/10Report
1 STAR doesn't begin to express how LOW this dealership deserves to be rated. The name JENKINS ISN'T WORTH THE INK IN THE PEN ON THE PAPER IT WAS PRINTED ON. We go to a dealership because we want a piece of mind and buying something from a brand name especially when we buy a used vehicle we want something that is supposed to have passed a RIGOROUS 178 point or whatever they tell you pre-inspection before they will put their "stamp of approval" on it but that's just more smoke they love to blow up ur Ass to weezle you out of your hard earned money. They don't sell quality used vehicles at jenkins they sell you bs lie after bs lie. I've bought 2 trucks in a row from this place and the only "pre-inspection" my trucks had done to them was making sure they had gas in the tank to get you off the lot. You will drive away from that place with everything from No ac to clogged filters to no interior lights and squeaking brakes to an entire fried out computer system and whatever you do for the love of God don't forget to ask to see the carfax because when it's bad they won't offer to show it to you it dosent even get mentioned...pretty damn convenient if you ask me...you'll have better luck on marketplace fb than messing with this bunch. I have stood in this dealership and listened to these sob's that make a living lying to people for the last time...BUYER BEWARE!!Report
Reply to ur bs: you say u sold me the truck from 1 of your sister stores and that sister store is named JENKINS FORD! let's not start sugar coating where it came from and the abs system lights that had to be addressed on May 22nd or whenever I brought it back that you say u paid my $100 deductible was trashed on the day I drove it off the lot the sales boy knows that with a list of other crap that had to be addressed like straighting an obviously bent bumper and the reason I didn't bring it back is because I just couldn't justify giving that place another damn dime of my money. You say what you want but it's a damn lie that either of the last 2 vehicles i bought were put through any type of inspection whatsoever...just take em in and push em out because at the end of the day it ain't about quality it's about quantity and how much more $$$ you can show on that bottom line 💯 you can continue on however you want but I've said what i had to say and I ain't come close to addressing everything but I think people generally understand that when they come through those doors they are about to get smoke blowed up their ass in more ways than one.
Ric, Dustin and Tony were great. I had everything scheduled with Ric online during the week. There was no haggling over my trade. Dustin had the Traverse we wanted upfront and ready for me Saturday. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Tony in finance was super nice. No one tried to sell me products I didn’t need. It was worth the 1 hr drive after my local dealer wouldn’t give me a straightforward answer on my trade. I highly recommend Jenkins.Report
My experience with Jenkins was absolutely terrible for many reasons, and expensive!! I can't believe how Jenkins treated local residents and senior citizens!! We had to take our car to another repair shop -- and they fixed it very quickly and unbelievable inexpensive!!!Report
Beware this is not a reputable business! Utilizing tactics such as bait and switch and piles of fees while treating customers as commodities sets this dealership as flagship example of bad business. I wasReport
interested in a used car listed at under $12K online and came in for a test drive. My excitement was quickly diminished when I was informed with a miriad of non negotiable fees (title fees, dealer fees, and cleaning fees to name just a few) These hidden costs inflate the price by 25% with no room for negotiation- FOR A USED CAR!
The Salesman seemed embarrassed on the $16K price and every time he had to talk to manager, was very apologetic and genuinely bothered that no deal was possible. The manager never left their office to even introduce themselves and refused any discussion. I have never had such unprofessional experience in a car dealership. While the salesman was helpful there is no reason to do business in such unpleasant atmosphere.
Unfortunately I cannot leave a good review. I love my Chrysler Pacifica. But I left it overnight for the last inspection and the oil change light was on which he said they would be doing a oil change and the tire light was on which he said they'd replace the tire if need be. I got the call the next day to pick it up. The tire light was still on he filled the tire up with air, it didn't even look like they moved my car but they reset the oil change light. I drove home 37 minutes to a weird buring smell as soon as I got home found out I had absolutely no oil in my van. Couldn't get a hold of service at all. I had to take it to get an oil change after just dropping about almost $7,300 to BUY the van outright from them. While getting the oil change that was supposed to be done I had the filter that's inside the glove box checked and it had mold on it. The real kicker is the oil change I spent about $200 on the oil change and the filters after just giving them so much money. It could have literally caused so many issues and still can when I haven't even owned this vehicle long it's so disheartening that a dealership that I looked forward to going back to in June and August for a new van and a new truck for my husband that this is what I have to deal with. I called the dealership and my husband has called the dealership and we have still yet to get any call back. On top of still have not gotten my title in the mail. Please do better especially for customers that come in, have families and are giving you their hard-earned money and leaving with their children in the vehicles that are supposed to be safe from your dealership.Report
