Great location allows option to walk to airport if you have minimal luggage otherwise, the shuttle loading, unloading, and travel is only 12-15 minutes (same as walk to terminal). Also, great location for lite rail service into the city (station within sight of front door). Dinner was very good but, a bit pricy. Beware of the "mild" hot wings, pretty darn hot even for someone who enjoys a little heat. My semi-cold beer in a can came with a room temperature glass, seems a bad idea to put a slightly chilled beer into a warm glass. I got the impression with the glass and orange slice the restaurant was trying to be a little classy but, putting lip stick on a pig doesn't make the beer taste better. Not a big fan of the room layout, bathroom door faces the bed and is a barn door style so, door doesn't seal and it's two foot from the bed. And lastly, the thermostat does its own thing regardless of what your desires are, so be prepared to be at the comfort of corporate economic efficiency. All in all, a good place to stay at a fair price.Report

This is a great place to stay if you are flying in or out of seatac. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to spend as much time there as I liked, but it was comfortable, quiet, and easy access to the airport.Report
We chose this hotel due to the proximity of the airport, and because it seemed like it was fairly well updated.Report
Upon check in, I did a walk-through, and our room was dirty. I don't mean a little dust here and there, I mean goodness knows what splattered on the walls, dirty handprints in the shower and on the bathroom door, hair, filthy AC and return vents. During a time when cleaning is supposed to be heightened due to Covid, I found the filth concerning. The doors separating the rooms also did not close/latch.
My main issue, however, was what we were provided with when we asked for a crib. The crib sheet was a folded flat sheet tucked loosely in the crib. This is absolutely against AAP Safe Sleep standards, and is a huge suffocation risk for both babies and toddlers. The only thing that should ever be used in a crib is a tightly fighting crib sheet. In addition, the sheet we were provided with for our baby was stained. The mattress itself was also 10 years old. Again, safety standards state that crib mattresses should be replaced at a minimum every 3-5 years in order to maintain integrity and firmness. This mattress was thin, soft and flimsy, and was in no way safe for a baby. We immediately returned the crib to the hotel, and used our portable crib (tried to use the hotel's to save time in the morning since we had an early flight).
2 stars for proximity to the airport and the comfortable beds. However, I implore this hotel to educate themselves on baby/toddler safe sleep practices and update what they are providing to guests.Re: We chose this hotel due t ... At first I was told a price on the phone when I talk to an agent, however when I got to the hotel the price was different. That and the toilet seat being a little shifty, would be my only two real complaints. The customer service I received from both Aries and my restaurant server (I can't remember his name), was nothing short of amazing!!! The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean, the quality of everything was amazing. The toilet did wobble a little bit. The ambience was just amazing. The bed was comfortable, I slept really well that night.Report
Overall we had a very nice stay. The shuttle service was very nice to and from the airport. Hotel staff was very helpful with storing our luggage.Report
