Crowne Plaza Minneapolis West

As checking in the front desk person was very unpleasant. I was asked if I had ever stayed there before. I had not ever been there, she just pointed out where thd pool and restaurant was located. The pool was not even in the direction she pointed. When I got to the pool it was closed for the weekend and the employees of the motel did not know this.
Walked down to check out the place and the restaurant since the front desk person was no assistance. The hostess was rude saying that the back area was private. When I was told the pool was down there.
The room smelled like mold. Air ducks were filthy and the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. Will never stay there again.

Nice hotel. I like the covered parking for your car. Rooms are a little dated but nice and clean. I wish they had a microwave in the room.

Outstanding place and decor. We had some issues with the room, we found some bugs, box elders and a lady bug a consequence of being set in an idyllic wooded setting. The staff addressed issues quickly and in a friendly manner. Our two room suite was great. The restaurant was closed on Sunday nights. Breakfast was good with great staff

The Crowne Plaza is a rare gem, truly. Elegant. Warm fireplace. I felt like a queen. I enjoyed every minute.

We have never stayed here before and after our first time, my wife and I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Big hotel - windows allow a lot of light into a nice hallway

Stayed for an event. Great location! lots of convention halls, and a full bar. Breakfast should be included IMO. This places breakfast is a normal hotel continental style but they charge you $18 per day.
