Stayed on a SAT night for a football game and couldn't get back to the hotel via the overhead cross walk because they locked it. We had to go an extra block outside with no coats to enter. This was unexpected and very rude of the hotel staff! We stayed here so we wouldn't have to wear coats to the game.
