We had the best time at the Crowne Plaza. Location was perfect, clean room, very friendly staff and good amenities.

Excelente lugar para quedarse y pasar los días, muy cerca de las estaciones del Subway (Penn Station y 42 St.). La relación calidad / precio es excelente.

We just came back from our weekend trip in NY and stayed here. Check-in was great. We were early but they had a room ready for us. The rooms were not large by any means but not tiny as some NY hotel rooms can be. Bathrooms were pleasantly large. Our room was clean and very comfy. The hotel was conveniently located to everything. We walked everywhere and really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We transferred from Crowne Plaza JFK to the Crowne Plaza Hy36. When we got here it was so busy, bc it was during the Christmas holiday season. We were greeted promptly by Rosa and she made our transition so pleasant. Our room was not ready, but Rosa went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and checked our bags. She recommended some attractions and notified us when the room was ready. When we checked in the hotel the staff made sure everything was in our room. Staying at the Crowne Plaza has been a wonderful experience in NYC!!! Thank you to Christoper also for being so kind and attentive.
