This dealership and their Service department are absolutely horrible to work with. Especially with my recent visit where they showed just how much they really care. Came in to get a rattling noise in my car looked at, I also had a leaking tire and needed to get my oil change. It was also included on my appointment I booked that I wanted those looked at. They did the oil change and suggested an alignment which I did approve. However they did nothing to look at my tire for the noise that I was complaining about. Just goes to show how much they look at the appointments we make. I was beyond furious that they just didn't care. then the service associate sent me a text to a survey and to give her 5 stars so "she can't beat the boys". Ma'am you didn't earn a 5 star rating. She got a 1 star on that survey and I'm giving this place a 1 star now as well. Will be going out of my way to get my service done somewhere else where they care at least more than this place does. They just get you in and out as fast as possible. DON'T COME HERE EVER!!!!!!!!Report
Just purchased 2 new cars online from Marko. It was so fast and easy. I wanted something very specific on the second one and he was able to match me with the perfect vehicle that wasn’t even in their online inventory yet.Report

Matthew DaBrescia Made our whole buying experience so easy. I normally dread buying car and dealing with the sales team but not this time. He was so respectful of timing and had everything ready to go when we arrived. I’ll definitely be buying my cars from him going forward. If you are looking for a positive experience give Matt a call.Report
Ryan and the service staff have been wonderful to work with. We had our 2024 Sentra interior repaired there after Caliber Collision butchered the back seat, headliner and door trim while replacing a bumper and tail light. (Yes, they had zero business inside the car as the damaged things were unrelated to the repair) As frustrating as it was dealing with Calibers neglect and them passing the blame on Nissan, Nissan maintained their professionalism the entire time. Thank you all for getting our vehicle put back together properly.Report
Matt was amazing!Report
It's not very often that you get a first-class experience at a car dealership. When you're dealing with the service department you just never know what you're going to get or what they're going to tell you your car needs. My experience with Austin and Teah was just the opposite. I've never had such a positive experience in a service department. I was skeptical at first to say the least but I wanted to bring my Titan in to be serviced at the dealer. Sorry for such a long review guys and girls but you definitely earned it! I will be back with my other cars.Report
I worked with Jason at used cars and he came back with a quote that I agreed with. I worked with my lender and got approval with terms I was happy with. I let him know when I was leaving my home 2.5 hours away. And travel updates every half hour all the way down to 5 minutes away. I arrived and was told someone was driving it and of course they let them buy it. This car was 24k cheaper than all others within 150 miles at 28k and then they worked with me down to 22k so after fees it was 24k out the door. I truly believe they found their numbers wasn't where they wanted it so I drive back home and they price it out at 28k like everyone else. It's just funny I wait for the guy to get back and didn't leave, so they sent the wife, I still didn't leave so was told they were buying it. I waited to make sure they could get financing and then the other sales guy sped off with the supposed to be male customer so I said I'm out. True story, I have text messages that show all of this. I often wonder if the manager dropped the price 4k to get me onsite and knew he wouldn't take that price try to sell me something else on the lot as this was mentioned. But we were there to shop specifically for thisReport
