Don Rice was extremely kind and helpful. He answered all of our questions and went far above and beyond our expectations. He made the car buying process more enjoyable.

This dealership surpassed my expectations. I came in early because I had my son which he is an infant. I had some where to be the service guy seem like he could relate so he waited on me patiently to remove my belongs out the vehicle and told me don’t worry I got you so next thing I know I was sitting in the waiting room. He’s coming back in to tell me that my car is ready to go and that everything checked out good. When I think I’m through is that he had the truck open and the door open so I wouldn’t have to struggle to do it myself with infant son. Thank you that means a lot. Costumer service means a lot.

I set my appointment, Nissan of Greenville treat me Good. I haven't no problem with Them.. They take care of My Car Very Good.. Good Service. ????????????

ATTENTION!!! I’m so sorry to anyone whom may have read the post ABOVE!!! But I was so wrong for promoting these crooks! The above mentioned people sold me a lemon and wouldn’t even talk to me about it. I had to spend $3,000 to fix this truck; and they knew it the whole time! Thanks for nothing people. Like I got money to throw away!!!

I can not express enough how amazing this dealership is. I had visited another local dealership and had an awful experience. Went to Crown and they were 100% upfront on everything and made the deal happen same day seamlessly. Worked to get everything together and ready for when I arrived to pick up my new car as they knew my time was valuable. Went above and beyond Walker, Don & Geni are top notch. Don’t waste your time shopping around at other dealerships, go to Crown first. I know I wish I had!

I have been doing business with Crown for many years The service technicians that are there are great
All they want is to make sure that the car is running then best it can
I only spend money with people I like and believe me these people are friendly and are curious
Never have had a problem that was not settled
