Croton over charged me for title fees $207.43 for title fees and refuses to refund.
The amount charged was known to be too much at the time I signed the contracts and I was told not to worry. They would re
fund. They ignore the dozens of requests I've made.

Croton Auto park went above and beyond to help me get a replacement Grand cherokee for my wife's Grand Cherokee that was one of 3 Jeeps that we lost due to the recent flooding in the county. The salesman Jay and Mgr Vinny got me a vehicle and worked out a great deal. They were super nice, super accommodating and beyond helpful. This is my third jeep purchased from them and plan to come back.

I went in for an oil change on a 2019 Honda CR-V. They were nice and friendly. However, they used the wrong oil weight recommended by the car manufacturer. They claimed their computer told them what oil to use and that it would be fine. According to their website they use Penzoil motor oil, and even Penzoil recommends the proper oil weight for my engine, yet they used the incorrect one. My advise is when you visit them, make sure to tell them which oil they should use for your car.
